Looking For Plastic Fencing in Warrington? Composite fencing is the answer.

Our composite plastic fencing contains 30% Plastic and 10% bonding agent which is what gives a plastic fence a much longer lifespan than that of a traditional wooden fence. However, unlike some solely plastic made fencing in Warrington, ours is different and contains 60% wood fibres to give the fence a real wooden look unlike our rivals products.

Our Plastic Fencing VS UPVC Fencing

People often get confused between UPVC fencing and composite fencing. UPVC fencing is a completely different product to our plastic fencing. UPVC fencing is a very light hollow type of fencing which can often rattle in the wind. Due to the way it is made the colour coating on the product fades very quickly with a noticeable difference within a few months on the cheaper UPVC products. We tested UPVC fencing for a while and we were not happy with the results and therefore we will not stock or sell UPVC fencing. The most premium highest costing UPVC fencing with a foil coating only has a warranty of 10 years and costs the same amount to buy as plastic composite fencing which has a 20 year warranty. In our eyes UPVC fencing is no match for our plastic fencing. Plastic fencing is a much more premium product with better quality, it is more sturdy and has a more modern matt realistic finish to it.

Available 3 Colours

The benefits of plastic fencing over wood

There are three main reasons why you would choose plastic fencing over wooden fencing which are as follows:

  1. The fencing doesn’t rot or deteriorate over time
  2. It’s colour will not fade in the same way as wooden fences do
  3. We provide a 20 year guarantee, you won’t get that with a wooden fence

Why our plastic fencing is the best

Unlike some of our competitors, our plastic fencing contains mostly wooden fibres which gives it the following advantages over solely plastic fencing:

  1. It looks more like real traditional wood because it is made up of 60% wood fibres
  2. 95% of the materials are recycled products so its much better for the environment
  3. The unique blend of materials means it is stronger than plastic alone.

Instead of cutting down trees to make new wooden decking and fencing. Manchester Composites are actually recycling existing wood and recycled plastic to create a modern, low maintenance, great looking product which will far out last any standard wood product.

Traditional Design, Low Maintenance

As you will see when you browse our catalogue, our fencing looks just like traditional wooden fencing. However, unlike wood, our plastic fencing doesn’t weather under the harsh Warrington rain and it doesn’t fade or rot. In addition to this, you don’t need to treat and paint plastic fencing every year to maintain it. This means more time doing what you enjoy and less time on maintenance jobs.

With Manchester composites fence kits there is no longer any requirement to paint or treat the fence for the full lifetime of the fence, saving you money in the long run in paint and staining products and saving you hours of your spare time painting fence panels.

Plastic Fencing FAQ

Below you can find a selection of questions that we often get asked.

Yes, when you order plastic fence panels with us it is important to make sure that you order your fence posts separately. Additionally, remember to order an end post. You, don’t want to find that you have forgot to account for an end post when completing your new fence. If you do, then you can always order one here: Composite Fencing Accessories

In your sample pack you will receive all variations of the fencing we supply. Upon receiving the sample pack it will quickly become clear that the fencing is double sided. So, you get one finish on one side and another on the rear.

Yes, the hard ground post holders can be used on tarmac however how secure your fence post is depends on the depth of the expansion bolts that you use. We advised that the hard ground post holders are used on solid surfaces where possible as this will provide a more solid fixing to the ground.

When installing our soft ground fence posts you need to dig down at least 450mm and the hole needs to be around 350mm x 350mm. For more information on this please see our composite fencing post installation guide at here.

Our plastic fencing is all a standard size and requires the gap between each fence post to be exactly 1800mm. If unsure we recommend using a fence panel as a guide when positioning your fence posts, by doing so will ensure that the gap is accurate.

No, our fencing comes in individual panels. This is for ease of delivery to Warrington. Our fence panels slot into one another in the same way that plastic flooring does leaving you with no gaps and a perfect finish. You can find more information about how to install the fence panels on fencing installation guide page.
